Metal roofs are built to last 40–70 years, but only if properly maintained. In Central Texas, metal roofs face unique challenges: high humidity, oak and cedar tree debris, and alkaline hard water create perfect conditions for oxidation, white chalking, and stubborn rust staining.

Roof ReNu ATX uses a soft wash approach calibrated for metal roofing. We avoid high-pressure washing, which can dent panels, break sealant at seams, and strip paint or Kynar coatings. Our solutions are pH-balanced to dissolve oxidation and biological growth without corroding fasteners or flashings.

After cleaning, we inspect your roof for areas where the protective coating may be compromised — catching small issues before they become expensive leaks. Ideal for standing seam, corrugated, and exposed-fastener metal panels.
